JV Agreement
Once we have reviewed the deal, we will send you an exclusive JV Agreement with a due diligence period of 14 business days. Once you sign, we will start working with our buyers.

What Happens Once I Submit A Deal?
Once you submit a deal, one of our team members will be in touch within 24 hours (usually less than 2 hours!) to learn more about the situation and the property. If it is under contract, our dispositions team will reach out to you and if it is not under contract yet, a member of the acquisitions team will be in contact with you. From there, we take the deal through our proven processes and get it sold and funded quickly. We do all of the work for you.
Do You Buy Any Deals Yourselves?
Yes we do. We have done multiple flips, novations and creative deals and if the numbers work and the deal is in one of our major markets, we will definitely look at the deal for us to purchase.
Are You Okay With Double Closings?
